CRAIC: Irish slang "crack" means fun, enjoyment, good times or a lively atmosphere.
Origin Story
Craic Golf was founded by Gav and Jake - a couple of hacks from Vancouver, Canada.
With roots from Ireland, we wanted our brand to embody the average golfer.
Our clothes are designed so that even when you're playing at your worst, you still look and feel your best.
CRAIC: irish slang "crack" means fun, enjoyment, good times or a lively atmosphere.
"It's all about the CRAIC, not your cap."
As a nod to our heritage, each of our products are named after towns in Ireland.
Why Craic?
We were tired of the tight, tacky, plastic-looking stuff pretending to be “performance wear.” So we made something better — gear that’s comfortable, looks sharp, and feels right whether you’re hitting fairways or fishin’ balls out of the pond.
If we’re gonna slice one into the next fairway, drop an F-bomb, and maybe chunk a wedge, we should at least look good doing it.
So, we made golf clothes we actually want to wear — to the course, the pub, and anywhere in between. We call it "Anti-Performance Golfwear" - because performance is the least of our concerns.
News flash: you'll slice it out of bounds no matter what you're wearing.
No more tight sleeves or suffocating fits. Loosen up, take a rip, and enjoy the game — bad shots and all.
Because at the end of the day, it’s all about the CRAIC — the banter, the shanks, the tunes on the drive over, the post-round pints, and the mates who make it worth it. Not your cap.
